Tension Headache

So I got TENSION HEADACHE!
At least thats what the doctor said.

And guess what I have on top of that?!

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

Hahahahaha!!!

Wanna guess what my reading was?!

It was 150/100
And Ive been told by that doctor normal reading is 120/82 (please do correct me if Im wrong)

You are WAY tooooo young to have high bloode pressure.

I guess not...
I was not living A healthy life nor I eat healthy...

So, I guess I NEED to start somewhere....
